Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located bungalow. This house features two spacious bedrooms with king beds, a sunroom with a daybed and a trundle, and a daybed in the basement. Its a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, University of Dayton, Miami Valley Hospital, and Grandview Hospital. Centrally located to major highways too.
Dead end street in a quiet area. Charming outdoor area with seating and an ivy-covered pergola. Lots of natural light, room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Hi speed wifi and Roku TV

Bedroom 2 I pulled sheets back looking for signs of bed bugs, mattress cover had bodily fluid on it, brown yellow stains pillows was extremely nasty. Hair ball in shower, stringy hair on a towel. House was extremely outdated, bathroom sink was so small you couldn’t brush your teeth without spitting on woodwork blinds located in the small bedroom were broken and screen outside the home was torn and hanging .not clean at all and very disappointing to spend good money on .definitely the worst ive ever stayed in . If you are a clean person please dont stay here

Cute house near everything Dayton

Adorable two-ish bedroom house. The third bedroom does not have a door but has the two comfortable beds. The king beds were uncomfortable enough to be discussed over breakfast but can be made comfortable using the comforters. Kitchen is partially equipped but bring k-cups. The bathroom is adorable and the shower is Devine.
