Convenient location

The unit I rented was excellent. The facility and building continues to deteriorate. I feel bad for the owners because the building manager is not making any improvements

We did not get but 5 towels for a 6 person family so had to was several times and only had 3 told of toilet paper and had to go by extra only issues I had other than that place was great and clean

Great Location, All the Conveniences

We came here in Feb during the Daytona 500 so the resort wasn't terribly busy. The condo itself is very well equipped, clean and spacious. The bathroom and bedroom are huge and the balcony offers a side view of the beach: we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The added bonus was our communication with the booking agent (Petra) was superb. Any questions we asked were answered very promptly and everything was made available to us upon our arrival. The facility does have laundry facilities on 4 of the floors which came in handy and two large pools ensured there was no overcrowding (at this time of the year). We would definitely do this again.

Beware -amenities not as listed! No restaurant. No pool inside or out. No workout room. No front desk. Filthy, musty, lock on door didn’t work, view was over leaky looking food and parking lot rather than much ocean view. Elevator shook both ways. Nightmare-stay away

Daytona Beach Weekend

Pros: The condo was bright and clean. Plenty of towels. Easy beach access. The 3 pools on property were clean and convenient. Cons: The air conditioner in the kitchen/living/dining area did not work. When temperatures are in the 90s and humid, this is not acceptable. I contacted the property manager who was polite but did not resolve the issue. AC still not working when we checked out. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever encountered. I requested an air mattress or cot but there wasn’t one available so I bought an air mattress from a local store. If you rent this unit and plan to use the pull out couch I suggest you bring an air mattress and use that instead. You will not be able to sleep on the pull out. I also suggest verifying that the air conditioner is working prior to checking in.

Highly recommend. Very Clean, additional benefits then a regular hotel, beach stuff, kitchen stuff ext. Provided. AMAZING location not to crowded, walgreens, Publix, shopping all across the street, liquor store, ice cream several restaurants. What more could you ask for. Definitely will return

Great Place To Stay!

My wife, two adult daughters and I booked a near weeks stay here, we had a great time and Cathy was so attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The place was so clean and stocked with beach needs as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Pool and amenities were great and the beach superb. We highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Nice space. Very clean and organized, with labels on all cabinets and drawers so you don't have to go hunting for silverware, pots, etc. Patio offers nice view of ocean to the east and bay to the west.

This is the place!

Book this one. I'm always worried if listing matches description and this was exceeded my expectations. It matches description accurately and then some. We had an amazing time and was sad to leave. Definitely book! The Walgreens staff across the street aren't so great, but this condo is a must. Also for souvenirs the big shark across the street has everything. 5/5⭐

Sandy Feet Retreat Can't Be Beat!

Absolutely NO complaints about the unit! It is fantastic!!! Communication from the owner was timely, thoughtful, and just the right amount. The unit was so clean and well appointed for our stay. It is very comfortable and set up in a way that is thoughtful and realistic. The amount of towels provided was AMAZING. The large number of hooks in the bathroom was a dream come true for a family of four (our children are 18 and 20, so four adults!) - it was also nice to not have to be creative with were we hung them up use. I loved the labeling on the cabinets in the kitchen - it was wonderful to not have to search for items. Finally, we loved the complimentary snacks - they were great to grab and take to the beach.

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time on our vacation. We like to book beautiful condos that make us feel “at home” and this one did that and MORE! The owner, Cathy reached out weeks before our trip to ensure that we were ready for a great time. She communicated with me up until our check in date. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we would need to have an awesome time at the beach. (Beach chairs (4), toys, boards, hat, etc.) The condo was the perfect size for my family, with all the amenities needed to cook or store food. I HIGHLY recommend this condo to all families. It will not disappoint, and Cathy will make sure to meet all your needs!
