Sea Shells Beach Club is a very old hotel that needs a bit of upkeep. That being said, the manager/owner is working daily to do needed updates and maintenance We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 4th floor and found very clean, comfortable rooms. It was a great stay. John and the staff helped every time we needed something. When crowded, parking might be an issue The location, right on the beach was great! We walked the beach daily and experienced some beautiful sunrises over the water!

Clean property rough hotel

The bed was very comfortable and there were no bugs. The location was great! However, the smell of the room was quite pungent. The property itself was run down and it you need a place to just stay and you dont care about the experience, this is fine. If you want to enjoy your stay and the property, this is NOT the place.

Location is in prime location. The furniture was outdated. The bed was terrible, smd noisy. Smelled like smoke throughout the unit. The cost to stay there didnt match what it looked like

The property is well located, check in was easy. The units are comfortable and we only spent one night at the property. I could consider one more star but I am careful with cleanliness and I think they should focus more on it, especially in the toilets that had yellow marks and the outside trash cans were overflowing with trash. These are details that could be taken care of more.

Great stay!

It was a great location! We were there on the 4th of July week. Despite some construction being done around, it was still easy access to the beach and short drive to everything without being in the middle of the crowd. Went with just my kids and I & felt safe the entire time there. At first, I wondered if we should had stayed more in town (towards the Prier) but after witnessing the amount of people & trash they accumulated I was very happy with the area we stayed instead. This was our first time in the Daytona area and will definitely be back. Also, great customer service!

The property has easy access to the beach and seemed to have a decent pool. The parking is an issue. There are simply not enough spaces. The rooms were quite run down. Our sink handle was broken and the toilet paper handle was almost falling off. Heaven forbid you ask for extra towels. Highly suggest bringing your own because they are super stingy. Floorboards were missing. The bed squeaks and the air was inconsistent. It is definitely a reasonable price for it’s location but definitely more of a cheap stay and by no means anything of luxury.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property during bike week. We absolutely loved it! We had a problem with our TV and the manager came to our room within minutes and brought us a new one. Beautiful location too, right on the beach. This property will definitely be our go to place to stay for bike week.
