This condominium building is undergoing an exterior renovation project that began in August 2022 and is scheduled to continue through Fall 2026. Construction may occur Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend work. We have no control over this building wide project.
The building is divided into two sections:
North Side – Units ending in 01 and 02 are completed. (Our unit is an 02 ) South Side – Units ending in 03 and 04 The north side of the building has been completed. There would be no construction on outside of the building that impedes your access to the balcony or anything else. Work is now ongoing on the south side.
Please note: Some past reviews may mention construction noise. In most cases, these guests did not read this notice beforehand. We encourage you to take such reviews with a grain of salt and rest assured our unit is as advertised.

This 14th floor oceanfront unit is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with 1400 sqft under air and 150 sqft wrap around balcony, situated only 2 miles from the Daytona night life on Seabreeze Ave and Main St where Bike Week and Biketoberfest take place; this condo is sure to leave you wanting nothing more.
The master suite features a king size memory foam bed, a panoramic window view of the ocean, and direct balcony access. The master bathroom features a his/her double sink vanity with a gorgeously remodeled walk in shower.
The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed, next to an individual queen bed with direct balcony access. The second bathroom is located across the hall from this room and features a single vanity/sink with a gorgeously renovated walk in shower.
The living room includes a nice sectional overlooking the floor to ceiling oceanfront windows as well as a wall mounted 65" Samsung 3D TV. There is a a sliding glass door to go out on the wrap around balcony.
The kitchen has been renovated and features stunning white cabinets, beautiful black granite countertops, and the backdrop of stainless steel appliances.
Additionally the bar top along the kitchen seats 2, the kitchen table can seat 6+.
The outdoor patio set has 3 high teak wood chairs surrounding by 2 high top teak tables.
The oceanfront view is immaculate and for the price is the best view in Daytona Beach.
CONDO AMENITIES:
While the unit is beautiful and the view is unbeatable. The building is old. Built in the 1970's. The fitness equipment in the fitness room works but it is old. The pool is open and the beach access ramp is open. If you need the latest and greatest building and amenities this is likely not the unit for you.
If all you need is a great unit, a beautiful view, direct beach access, and a pool? this may be the right unit for you. *please send me a message with any questions*

*****OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*****
Minimum age: 25 (age of primary renter)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.
CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We pass the charge on to the guest. ** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 ** 12am+: $100
PETS: No pets
PARKING: You are guaranteed one parking spot in the garage. The top deck spots are first come first serve everyday. If you bring two vehicles and there is not a top deck spot available then you must take your vehicle to Bob's parking which is additional $$ or you can park your vehicle in any place they allow public overnight parking.
WASHER/DRYER: - This is an older building. There is a washer/dryer in the hall and it is coin operated controlled by our condo association.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
NEARBY: 5 Minutes from all of the Daytona Nightlife. 10 minutes to Daytona International Airport and Speedway 10 minutes to Volusia Mall 20 minutes to Daytona Tanger Outlets (Nike, Under Armor, etc) 45 Minutes to Blue Springs State Park 1 hour to Kennedy Space Center 1 hour to Saint Augustine 1.5 hours to Disney, Universal, Downtown Orlando
