Two in our family even braved the river for a cold dunk before suana. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend.」

「We loved the property and once we got sorted out about being able to bring our dogs everything was great. The area is lovely and the fenced yard was a plus. The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Eclipse day was cloudy but we were able to get views from the back yard. We used extra days to explore some natural areas, awesome and I got to hang out with both my sons and DIL in a roomy house on a beautiful lake.」

「To see the 2024 eclipse, celebrate a big birthday and relax and bond with our adult daughters, this was a good place. The owner is communicative and helpful, and we were a good fit as a family looking to have a pretty relaxed time, as opposed to a party. The big couches, kitchen table and deck table on the low deck overlooking the big, rolling lawn helped us relax upon arrival. 「Location is great - overlooking the Erie Canal. Basic home is also great - spacious and accommodating. My family actually had a great time at our eclipse watching reunion. But there were a lot of irritating maintenance issues. Biggest was the front door key code lock would not lock from the outside. We finally figured out we could lock the front door from the inside and exit our whole group through the garage and still leave the house secure. Owner was not there to let us in and did not provide...

「We came to visit our college kid and picked this spot for the good location. It couldn’t have been better - close to grocery options and plenty of great restaurants. More importantly, access to the college was a breeze. Our kids walked to basketball courts, we walked to the dome for a show and got to dorms by car in under 5 minutes. The house itself is great. 「Tom and Lisa did an amazing job on this treehouse. They stock everything you would need throughout your trip. It truly is magical and I can’t wait to come back.
