"Kelly was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and informative. She always greeted us with a hello and smile upon leaving and coming. The room was very clean and organized, housekeeping was always making sure we had fresh towels, rags, soaps, shampoo and conditioner every day as well as friendly service. After staying for 7 days you get full housekeeping service, however if you need to extend your stay you will need to reserve a whole new reservation which I didn’t like at all but again because of Kelly friendliness an the housekeeping cleanliness it made the stay worthwhile. Buy the way I had the suite, very nice!"

"This property was in the perfect location. Just a few minutes away from all of our destinations. The area is walkable and lively -full of things to do. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Customer service is extremely important to us the staff did not disappoint. Will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we are in Decatur. "

"We stayed for one night and had everything we needed for that. Water was hot, room was clean, a/c worked, staff was friendly. We didn't use all the amenities since it was such a short stay but it was nice to know they were available. Breakfast was simple but good enough. This is a great budget option"
