The outdoor space has a peaceful garden, outdoor dining space, grill and citrus trees for your enjoyment! Additional amenities include heat and air conditioning, WIFI and cable, stackable washer/dryer, 2 parking spots in the garage, with an additional 4 parking spots in the driveway. There is also private access to the beach via a tunnel under the train tracks; and private walkway up to L’Auburge.

Incredible location just a short walk to the sand, Del Mar Plaza, and Del Mar Racetrack & Fairgrounds. You'll find plenty of delicious restaurants and great shopping on nearby Camino Del Mar.
