“Absolutely nothing wrong with the Hotel. Brilliant . 5 Star. Unfortunately, Hotels. Com only charged for one person to have breakfast during our stay, so as soon as we arrived i had to pay a further £42 for my wife's 3 breakdasts. I alco had already paid About £45 in taxes and Fees to Hotels.Com, which i would have not incurred if i had booked directly with the hotel. So lesson learnt. About £90 out of pocket due to Hotels.com more than required. However as i said the Hotel was terrific . ”

“we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. Would come……

All staff were welcoming, although we felt Josh & his team in Terrace bar went beyond to welcome. A wonderful vibe with all staff.. room spotless, bed super comfy, spa very relaxing ”

“We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Victoria Junction as it was conveniently next to the A30 and our destination in Cornwall. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly from the check-in to our departure. The hotel was clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was Plentiful and filling in a very welcoming dining area. A lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Will definately stay again. ”

“The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. Other than the noise and parking, everything else was……

“We ended up here by accident after being double booked at another (unrelated) hotel. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after that we quickly forgot about the ordeal from the night before ! The room was gorgeous with stunning views. The hotel and spa were clean, staff were friendly, the food was excellent. We are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem and can’t wait to return! ”
