“I would definitely stay here again. Nice and spacious suite. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Easy check-in. There is no sign on building or entrance to indicate it is CozyStay. You must locate entrance by address number. I recommend they have extra washcloths in rooms. Would also be nice if they put a few loads of laundry powder in rooms. It is in a convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many entertainment……

“The property is under renovations and or in need of serious renovation and repairs. Several ceiling areas are peeling and cracking, drywall is flaking off and falling in the bathroom. Transition strips leading to bedroom are missing on the floor leaving exposed rusted carpet nails. This place has some obvious damages that are painted over for a bandaid type repair. The balcony is unsafe with multiple nails sticking up, boards missing, and the railing detached about to fall over.”

“This property was clearly designed to look good in photos, and the building is a neat concept, but I promise you don't want to stay here. Upon entering the building, you ascend a staircase that smells bad, looks dirty, and has all the cleaning supplies and equipment strewn about at the landings. I wanted a shower before I even got in the door of my unit. Entering, it was clear that the place was shoddily constructed, poorly maintained, and poorly cleaned between visits. The walls were paper……

“Amazing beautiful property , very quaint and cute. Very nice location on south street. But The cold water handle in shower was broken and after day 2 we had no hot water , the host told us maintenance needed to come to look at shower the next morning .. they never did and host never answered the whole time. parking was a nightmare , either constantly paying every 2 or 3 hours.. just to still end up with a ticket Lied about tv size, it is not 55” I tried to Enjoy my time as best I……
