“Our family spent Thanksgiving at this property. It was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of areas for everyone to have their own quiet time. The weather was chilly, but the views from the panoramic sliding glass doors made it feel as though we were sitting out on the beach all week. The house is stocked with two pairs of binoculars, which were snatched up and passed around every time a ship passed by (often)! John & Jahneva were helpful and communicative hosts. “We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak……

“The neighborhood was creepy. Mail was on the doorstep unopened, the owner never communicated the code to get in. I sent a text/email and never got a response. The neighbors were doing drugs. … some sort of sniffing, smoking?!? We felt totally unsafe and went to an Embassy Suites. I would expect a full refund and have contacted my credit card company to enter a complaint. I would never recommend this place to anyone !!!”
