“This property was perfect for our recent family vacation with our 3 young adults. We had beautiful weather, and it wasn't overly crowded like other areas we've stayed in. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and spread out. The house was extremely clean upon our arrival, and we were notified that we could check in earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. “This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it. The location is perfect- 2 blocks to beach and an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. The cottage has EVERYTHING you might need. Brian and Beth are so thoughtful and have included so many amenities, it is hard to list them all. Two big items for us was beach equipment and a well appointed kitchen!! “It was a great house for a family of 15 with 10 adults and 5 children 10,6 and 3- 3 year olds. There was plenty of space for everyone . It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few min to restaurants and quick shopping. Rehobeth Boardwalk was about a 9 minute drive. Highly recommend. ”

“Bill was so incredibly kind and welcoming. Property has so much space inside and out for a family and guest to spread out. Has all necessities and everything is clean and ready for your arrival. Bill even took the time to call me a few days before our arrival to give important details. Property is perfect for small children due to lack of steps in the home and the fenced in backyard. Also, the house is at the end of a quiet street. So relaxing to come back to a private space with patio table and……
