“This hotel had staff that was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was well maintained, quiet and comfortable, I wish the curtains were able to close to block out the morning sun, the breakfast was awesome! The pool and hot tub were great”

“Great location, minutes away from Air Force Base and shopping. Breakfast variety was slim to none but did offer something. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrades, from bathroom (very outdated) to the TV not having USB port for firestick or game systems power source. Not a bad stay but nothing compared to IHG, Marriott or Hilton properties but charge the same price as those before mentioned properties.”

“The room was very clean as were the beddings. The building and carpeting was a litte dated and some things need updating. Vending machine was not working. No ice machine that we could find. However the air conditioning in the room was great and we had a good night and the shower in the bathroom was clean and good. Overall we had a great stay and the staff was very personable and helpful..”

“Room was super clean with plenary of space . The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great and shower had excellent water pressure. This building may look old but I was pleasantly surprised with upgrades to the interior!! Will definitely stay there again next year. Check in was fast and easy, especially as it was a last minute booking, and housekeeping was prompt.”

“I never checked in after seeing the room. In desperate need of renovations. Mold in the bathroom and room in 2 different rooms.Smell of an old mildew and mold smell. Had to canceland book elsewhere!”

“Very disappointing stay. My pregnant wife, two young children, and I checked in and were assigned a room that was extremely hot despite the AC running. As we settled in, we discovered the smoke alarm was completely missing, one TV remote had no batteries, the other did not operate the TV, and the refrigerator emitted a strong rotten fish-like odor that filled the room when opened. When I reported these issues and requested a different room, the front desk employee insisted on inspecting the……

“Room wasn't vacuumed prior to our arrival; musty smell in the halls; parking was OK. Hotel is a stand-alone building in the middle of a shopping area parking lot. Probably the worst Hampton I have ever been to. The building seemed "tired and worn" although it was just built in 1996 and renovated in 2017 (according to Google). I would not stay here again.”

“Clean and comfortable. Eggs and sausages along with waffles and the usual European fare: bread bagels bananas juice selections coffee bread toaster Cheerios frosted flakes fruit loops. No raisin brand. Muffins, yogurt, Danish. Some Furniture in bedroom in disrepair...the molding under the fridge was crumbled under one side of the fridge. The freezer section of the fridge was over iced and could not fit anything in the little freezer. Though it was listed as a suite, the fridge was a small under……
