"This is an exceptional hotel due in part to its excellent staff. Congratulations to the hiring manager, they are wonderful, welcoming, friendly and happy staff. Always makes a stay better when staff are happy to be there. The rooms are a good size with plenty of room for suitcases. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is modern and shower pressure is good. Hairdryer is attached to the wall over the toilet so awkward when trying to dry hair. Should be on the other wall. Tea and coffee...

"It's the Steamship Rotterdam... a really special surprise for my family... I told them I booked a hotel.... and only when we turned the corner dit it click that this huge ship was our hotel... Super short stay, next time a longer visit to Rotterdam. Pity that it doesn't really have good transport (frequent) to Rotterdam and the Ahoy...I had to take the car.. otherwise would have been too late for the show."
