「The room was clean. When my friend and I arrived, there was only one bed. We notified staff and they quickly fixed the situation by separating the king bed into two beds. It was great having a balcony! Staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! The one thing that was bothersome was the shower....it leaked. Finally got it figured out the last day that the shower has to be used very close to your body ... Hard to do when washing hair. Overall it was a good...

We messaged when we arrived early and were welcomed in right away to leave our luggage until the room was ready. The room was really nice and spacious. 「First thing to manage expectations: this is not a traditional hotel with staff and check in. It is very clean, private and located near the Vatican and other sites. The building is a charming hodge podge of corridors and elevators, with the elevator 3 leading to the rooms. Rather than paying attention to instructions, I wandered up stairways 1 and 2 before realizing I need to walk to the far back corner of the building. 「A lovely bright spacious room, decorated in red. Cleaned daily. Big bed and sofa. We both slept well. After a mix up on the first day with no breakfast, we enjoyed breakfast the days after. The shower is amazing with body jets etc but the enclosure is quite small! Location was great, short walk to Vatican and St Peters Square where we got the hop on and off bus.
