“Property and St.Simon’s location was perfect for my husband and I, our daughters and their families. The property was within walking distance to beautiful beach & neighborhood pool and was a short drive to ‘things to do’ and many great restaurants. Home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay as documented in listing. We enjoyed the outdoor porch sitting areas, toys/games for the kids and beach supplies. Host also made fabulous recommendations for everything we needed while we……

“Great communication, easy to get to and check in. The location is great!! 5 min or less drive to the beach. Looks like the complex has been doing updates and it looks great. The pool area was awesome for our family. It’s shaded with other games to play as well. It was across the street from the airport but that did not bother us at all. The air traffic was very minimal and more during the day anyways when we were down at the beach! We will definitely be coming back here for our visits with our……
