Summary:
This villa in "Les Galeretes" of Dènia, 3 km from the beach, offers a renovated outdoor area with a saltwater pool, outdoor shower, chillout area, gas barbecue, and more. On the upper floor, there is a bright dining room, equipped kitchen, and living room with views of the sea. Two bedrooms and a shower room. On the lower floor, there is another kitchen, bedroom, and shower room. Gas central heating for winter. Garage on the property. The house is perfect for both summer and winter. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
Saltwater pool 8x4m, outdoor shower (cold), portable gas barbecue, carport for 2 small cars or 1 large car, 3 air conditioners (living room + kitchen + upper bedroom), gas central heating in the whole house (gas bottles), new wood-burning fireplace in the living room, 2 bathrooms, 4 sun loungers, living room, free WLAN, TV with satellite connection. Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven with integrated microwave, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, ceramic hob, etc., central locking (only 1 key). Bed sizes: On the upper floor there is a double bed of 1.80m x 1.90m (one mattress) and the second double bed is also 1.80m x 1.90m (two "non-separable" single mattresses), and on the lower floor there is a double bed of 1.80m x 2.00m (two "non-separable" single mattresses).
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Very nice and quiet residential area of "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only 1,9 km from the beach "La Marineta/Las Rotas", and 3.5 km away from the city center. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" leaves daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. The two airports of Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.

Important notice:
Unfortunately we have to inform you about the following change: A building site for the construction of a detached house has started next to this rental property. The property is scheduled for completion by spring 2026. The construction site is located directly next to our rental property on a previously undeveloped plot of land. Visual and acoustic disturbances must therefore be expected. Unfortunately, none of the construction team can tell us exactly on which days we can expect intensive construction noise and on which days only noise-free interior work is to be expected, so it is difficult for us to make a statement for your holiday. Work is usually carried out on Spanish building sites from 8-16 hours. Should there be any disruption to your holiday, you will be refunded up to 20% of the rental price. We are keeping our fingers crossed that there will be no construction noise during your holiday.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
In accordance with the current regulations on tourist rentals in the Valencian Community (updated in August 2024), this property can only be rented as a seasonal rental with a minimum stay of 11 nights.

For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, all guests must complete an online check-in form, in compliance with regional regulations, which will be sent to you 14 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
