Dennis Port - 100 feet to Private Beach! (1977)

Spacious and lovely home with a large Private association beach located only 100 feet away and wonderful water views. The home has 2 full baths, 4 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and a lovely sun room overlooking the ocean. The home is located on a quiet beach street with low traffic. There is a beautiful gazebo in the backyard with quality furnishings. It also offers a gas grill and outdoor furniture for those summer barbecues! Many nice amenities at this rental include washer/dryer, wifi and a nice enclosed outside shower. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Family Vaca

A perfect house for us. Lots of room inside, comfortable furniture and a very usable kitchen. We all loved the sun porch! Lots of sun seating and shade seating outside. Perfect for those that tan as well as those that don’t. We’d definitely stay again…

UNBELIEVABLE

This house was an unbelievable find. After 51 years of renting on cape cod (except for 2020) this house is the ONLY house I want to return to. It’s simply perfect. Well stocked, comfortable, excellent location- I love it. Can’t wait to return.

Excellent choice for our family

This is a very nice property for 6-8 people. Living space (kitchen, living room, sun room) were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen appliances were new and top notch - outstanding for a rental property. Bathrooms were dated and could use an upgrade but they were functional. Same could be said for the sleeping accommodations. That said, the places you spend most of your waking hours were really nice. Excellent access to a private beach and easy walk to the public beaches. Also excellent location for restaurants, groceries, etc. Hard to beat this property and location.
