A fantastic stay. Segara Village and the Byrd House restaurant and beach club are amazing. The location in the northern part of Sanur gives you access to a beautiful section of the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes

Rooms were reasonably clean.Bathroom had an odour.Staff were attentive. Buffet breakfast was very busy,best to have la carte in the restaurant/coffee shop.Beware of the upgrade the room we were offered wasn't as good as we booked so didn't except the upgrade.

Absolutely fantastic - so good we came back to finish our holiday here and this will be our regular return spot. Facilities are always spotless and staff are always attentive and so professional. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, all is superb! Segara is brilliantly positioned - the mall is a 5min walk along the beachfront and the village just beyond that. It's like living on the beach - swimming and surfing. There are dozens of restaurants along the beach walk should you wish a different taste. We will be back later this year.
