Nice Residential Property
The property was nice and the owner was very responsive. A couple things to note though... the garage is used by the owner for storage and not available to guests for parking which is not guest friendly. Also the owners and family access the backyard fairly regularly. So privacy was impacted. Overall a nice property but with some issues that aren't advertised in the listing.

Plenty of space, comfortable, well furnished and clean. In the heart of a close- knit neighborhood, this house was the perfect base for our excursions in Denver and the nearby towns.

We rented this place because our son was playing in a soccer tournament at Dick's Sports Park. House was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and nice. Checking in was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall Pleasant Stay
Location is very nice, lots of areas to walk. Short distance to a neighborhood playground. Homes are surrounding the golf course. It's a large home with plenty of gathering area, a large backyard with both gas and wood fireplaces. Simply furnished. TV is Internet dependent. If you do not care for very firm beds this may not be a great stay. Overall it is a nice, safe, well maintained home in a nice area and communication was very easy with owners.

Great place to stay! Oleg and Olga are amazing hosts. Easy to get a hold of and are very accommodating. We had an odd circumstance that caused us to be there for 4 months. They were wonderful the entire time. Honestly, they have everything you need and more, plus the location is perfect.
