「Very beautiful building with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very personable. There was some construction going on in the building which disrupted my husband's sleep about 9 AM. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「We loved our stay! The place was so quiet and comfortable. Everything was so clean. Fabio and his staff work very hard to give you the best experience. So kind. The availability of coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt along with pastries was so good. The restaurant next door offers italian food and sushi. I will go back and i recommend this wonderful place. 」

「位置優越，步行5分鐘到火車站，入口對面有間KFC , 步行6分鐘亦有大型超市，餐廳。著名景點也在10 多20 分鐘左右步行距離範圍內房間很大，有雪櫃，夾萬，浴室也很大，乾淨情度很好，用密碼鎖很好，不用拎匙。細心送了小糕點及水，很好。唯一缺點是沒有電梯。其他都很好，我會推介給他人。」

「I had 3 nights in Messina and couldn’t have picked a nicer place. Great communication over my arrival and how to get into the property. Liked the personal touch of messaging me to check I was ok and had everything I needed. Highly recommend. 」

「Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.
