Kaylee has been very helpful to reassure me about my parking at the hotel, without extra charge, for arriving and parked earlier, than my check-in time. She has also been extremely helpful in sorting out my presentation notes, and able to print out the pages that I needed. I felt that I can relax and prepare my work course very well in advance with my stay at B&B hotel Derby on 25/9/26.

The property is very modern, wellmaintained and the staff are helpful. It is in a convenient location close to the train station and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre. There is also a bus service from the train station. The area is quiet. There is a good buffet breakfast.

The room was 26 degrees and the air conditioning did not work. A number of colleagues also stayed at the same time and they had the same issue. If the air conditioning is not fixed then I will never stay at this hotel again. No fan was provided in the room as an alternative. The staff were amazing though.

Good hotel stay for Download Festival. Breakfast was nice, though a little cramped for the food stations. Staff could do with some extra training as I had to repeat 3x that I wanted to check out a day earlier, so they could free up the room, as the woman who seemed to be both bar staff and front desk was confused because I wasn't on their system for check in that day. Also weird that despite the booking being under my name, they checked us in using my partner's name which added to the confusion.

functional & clean as expected Amenities included gym, breakfast for £10. I would have liked to not be charged to park on site which was £5 in addition to your overnight stay but understand as it is near ish to the train station pride Park and city Centre. About 10/15 min walk to M&S Food and other fast food outlets.

The location, 800 yards from the train station, was why I booked a room for two nights in the first place. The hotel's staff was very helpful, pleasant, and went out of their way to help me. The hotel's room was small compared to others I stayed at during my trip, but it had all I needed, and the bed gave me two nights of wonderful, restful sleep.

The Hotel and room was was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic but the mattress was terrible, I usually have a hard mattress but it was like sleeping on the floor, I lost over 3hrs sleep through not being able to get comfy.
