“The Grand Victorian is AMAZING!! The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Everything was there that we needed, the area was peaceful and easy to access. Highly recommend staying here! ”

“We had a wonderful anniversary trip to Nauvoo. The historic and quaint Mix House added some period charm to our stay. While the house retains much of its 19th century charm, it has the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. It may have been the off season, but food and meal choices were limited in Nauvoo itself. We were grateful for the items we ordered from The Apron Bake Shoppe.”

“I loved it! We were greeted by the host and their dog (who’s friendly as ever!) upon arrival and everything went perfectly smooth from there. The blankets were honestly the best part, LOL! We were all obsessed! Perfect little spot to stay right off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely consider it again in the future if I need somewhere to stay near here again! ”

“The Windmill Farmhouse was the perfect spot for our family stay over the long Geode Fest weekend. The interior is filled with comfy furniture and thoughtful touches that made it easy to relax after hiking all day. My son especially loved the oversized cushion chairs! The location is out-of-the-way and quiet, but the roads are well-kept, and getting in and out to Keokuk, Nauvoo, and so on was a breeze! The upstairs did get a bit toasty, but the window A/C cooled it down in a jiffy. We just turned……
