The suite/property was clean and quiet; parking available. Lots of trails, pickleball etc close by. The only downfall was the hot tub and pool were not heated...at all; a first for me in my many visits to Palm Springs. Definitely need a car if staying at this property. The host was readily available if needed.

Just great for a quick getaway

Quaint property, five units with a pool and hot tub in a gates private patio. Cute nostalgic touches throughout the studio. The description said full size bed and a twin couch bed in one area and queen bed in another. The unit has a full bed and a convertible couch, daybed type. We made it work. There is a lot of fun to explore in the area!

The place itself it's cute quiet and spacious. The location its meh!! Not far from downtown PS but the roads to get are dark at night. Restaurants are one mile in DHS. Overall five stars because price can't be beat. It has all the appliances needed for a cozy stay without leaving the room at all just bring your supplies. Even the TV was working and access to all the available apps just bring it your own passwords.

Great place to get away at value price

This was a great little place for my mom and me to get away to the sun for a few days. It's a 5-unit group of small apartments around a small pool (big extra fee to heat). It would be perfect for a multi-family getaway. It's not close to anything, about 10 minute drive to grocery and a limited choice of restaurants, about 30 minute drive to Palm Springs downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the futon was fine. The kitchen appliances, tub, toilet, and floor were clean. Mouldings around the edges and behind/under the futon could definitely use a spring cleaning. There's a small coffee maker but no coffee, and a variety of cooking supplies and utensils. It was very very windy during our April visit -- more windy than Palm Springs - causing noise on the window and roof.

Gorgeous view and relaxing!

Such a great experience. Small property with amazing views, a super helpful and available host, and cool decor! Definitely a relaxing and quiet experience, about 20 mins from Palm Springs. We stayed here for DesertX and were 4 mins away from one of the exhibits and about 20 from most of them - great location. Would stay here again for sure!

My friend and I stayed here during Coachella weekend. The property itself is comfortable and safe, we wish we had time to enjoy it more (especially the pool)! Eric is wonderful and answered all my questions. He even provided information for the restaurants and other amenities nearby. I'd definitely recommend for small groups traveling to the area.

My sister & I came down for the Desert X art exhibitions. Eric’s place was perfectly situated for that. But what stood out the most was the attention to little details in the decor and in the essentials that really made it special. The pool was wonderful too. Would highly recommend.

Hidden Gem

Wonderful mid-century micro-motel from the 1960’s, which has been carefully restored with tons of wonderful vintage KnickKnacks to add to the experience of each room. Great secluded location with a wonderful view of the desert (About a twenty minute drive from Palm Springs), as well as great communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay her again!

It was nice stay for my 3 year old sons bday

It was quiet and affordable , tho charged a cleaning fee ..the only carpet in the place looks as if it never had Been picked up and cleaned . The floors were the same way ,other people’s hair And dirt , even found a ring on the floor. The bathroom cubbords has to much clutter and there was stuff I had to put up away from my child ! The refrigerator had stuff in it expired and smelly ! We had a fly problem by our front mats to the point of having hundreds by door and no screens! The windows in the studio shake and are noisy ! No laundry service provided as stated on website ! Palm trees around pool Over grown too hard to Manuver to the lounge chairs . Netflix was slow and wouldn’t work half the time .
