"Louis or bell services is so helpful"

"這次是住單人房7天，網路上的照片好像是閣樓，但被安排住在地下層（有窗）。地下層入住的旅客好像不多，所以很安靜，但有人在走道講話卻很清楚。單人房房間很小，但如果只是睡覺，是足夠的。旅館離地鐵站近很方便，而且附近商店、餐廳很多，吃東西也方便；房間很乾淨，水量足。 但是房間沒有冰箱。空調不錯，聲音不會很大，有暖氣（住宿期間10月中）。"

"看到這麼多網路的複評，考慮很久才預定這間飯店，因為他的地點對我真的非常的方便。第一天看到老舊的設備，真的後悔。但洗了的熱水澡之後躺在乾淨的床上，沒有時差的睡到天亮。 Staff 的服務很好，也很專業。需要什麼櫃檯有求必應。 可以停車 可以寄放行李 櫃檯24小時有人 設備老舊而且簡陋但不會很髒 每天都有人倒垃圾，換毛巾鋪床單 付這樣的房價，沒什麼要抱怨的"

"Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line). Also within a stone’s throw of Earl’s Court Road, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Room lighting was just a bit too dim for my liking, otherwise had a wonderful stay."

"I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new renovated, I saw a group of insects gathering at a corner of the ceiling. Anyway, they rapidly arranged another room for us. Overall, their hygiene is fine in acceptable."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
