“all good ”

“I didn’t like being located on the first floor near the pool door entrance. It very extremely noisy and disruptive. I would have understood if it was a last minute reservation but it wasn’t,it had been made months prior so not sure why I had to be placed there. Otherwise it was an good stay.”

“Rooms were clean, staff was helpful. Couldn't ask for better especially for the price.”

“The room is large and clean, and hotel is very close to beach, just few minutes walk”

“It was a bit overpriced for an older hotel. The room was very noisy and garbage was sitting in the hallway for days from another room.”

“tub was clogged, sink was clogged , no towels until 1045 am”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there……

“When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her.”
