「I was skeptical bc this place was such a great price for the stay. It was really nice. Had the balcony. Could see the ocean right off of it. The walk to the beach was great. Having the arcade and rides next door is so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Our room wasn't very clean, there was a leak on our balcony. The swing is breaking. Checking in wasn't very friendly/welcoming. Checking out we received good customer service.」

「Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned. I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash. I will not be staying here again.」

Since we were driving 6 hours, we repeatedly contacted Emerald Grande to ask if it was safe to come. The reservations team assured us it was safe, said business as usual, and encouraged us to continue. When we requested a refund...

「When attending Seafood Festival in Destin, Fl , I decided to stay @ Emerald Grande. These condos were perfectly located on Harbor Walk where Festival was held. Our accommodations were great! Emerald Grande had large rooms, clean , and beautifully decorated . Check in was speedy and very organized. We will be back next yr.」
