The perfect place to stay in Destin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! Condo is spacious, very clean, and the location and walk out to the beach was everything we hoped for and more! The staff was super friendly and courteous and even left us a courtesy call when we left our hazard lights on in the parking lot. Oops! Super nice! The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love being on ground floor. Unit 14 was spacious by omitting the coffee table. I will say the patio furniture needs to be replaced. The rusty furniture could be very dangerous if someone cut them selves. Also the electrical outlets should be upgraded.

Seriously in need of major upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 14 reeked of air spray to mask the musty smell. Mattress worn out. Dishes cracked; cutlery ancient. Dirty plates in cabinet. No hangers. Patio chairs rusty and ripped. Grime trapped on the tub base. Rusty shelves in bathroom. Wish we'd stuck with our first instinct and refused the condo when we checked in. Instead I got an asthma attack from the dusty and moldy smell. We expected at least Holiday Inn standard for the price we paid, but this unit did not come close. The person at the desk refused to comment on whether all the condos were this bad - not helpful at all. Location is amazing.
