Destin Pointe is a lovely resort complex at an excellent location. Our condo is well equipped with all we need. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The only complaint is the issues we reported are never fixed.

The view from this condo is spectacular. Perfect view of the pool area and ocean beyond. The condo is older, but nicely appointed. There were a number of things that could use updating and repair and the building definitely needs updating and major repairs to its elevators.

We love Destin Pointe. They did currently have a lot of construction going on everywhere and noise. We stayed in a different unit before and didn’t like this one as much. With the front porch that you enter into the unit it felt Much smaller inside. We didn’t like the master bedroom it was cramped with an outdated bathroom. The furniture was very outdated and soiled. The unit was overall comfortable and had great views.

While we thought & BOOKED this unit, we were put in another. It did NOT have the same sleeping accommodations. The original unit had a King & this was a Queen. We were not informed of the switch & they could not move us to a unit w/ a king due to Spring Break-no availability. The air would not go below 75 & this bedroom was significantly warmer than the main room & front bedroom. They were able to fix the next day, but that bedroom remained warmer than the rest of condo.This bedroom toilet also would not flush & maintenance had to come 3 times to fix, 3rd time a piece had actually broken off. Was very dissappointed that they could change the unit without our knowledge or agreement.

The condo was clean and it was a nice family friendly neighborhood. Our condo was clean. The beds were too hard for our liking. Construction noise from next door was terrible. Our water was shut off for 6 hours, we left early. Water was beautiful and the pool area was great. Plenty of seating .

This unit was very outdated. I’ll start with the bathrooms. Shower door was grungy and should be replaced. Bathtub had no stopper so taking a bath was impossible. The kitchen was poorly supplied with pots unless you wanted to just use a skillet. There were at least 10 of those. There also was no can opener. So I couldn’t open any cans. Also there was no kitchen shears (not that big of a deal, but it would’ve been nice to have). The drapes on the windows didn’t fit the windows in any room. So light came into the unit 24/7. One bedroom was fully lit with outside light all night which made it difficult to sleep. The unit has no rugs or mats on the floor which also would’ve been nicer to have. The sofa and throw pillows had a very musty odor which cause the entire unit to smell unclean. The coffee table was mostly broken. The patio furniture overpowered the small balcony. There were 4 Adirondack chairs and 3 wicker chairs and a small table which gave you very little room to actually sit on the balcony. And most importantly, in the dining room was an exposed electrical outlet. This outlet had no cover plate which left the wiring exposed. Very dangerous if you have small children. On a good note, however, the mattresses were comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable. A few weird things..the bedroom light would come on randomly during the night, usually around 3 or 4 in the am. The water pressure was low and couldn't wash shampoo out of my hair. There was no place to put groceries. Place was clean. Pool was great.

The room was very clean. Views were beautiful. Pool was very convenient, great parking. Water pressure in showers is kind of low and there aren't any covers on the beds but we were still very comfortable. Will definitely be back!!

We loved the view!! The room was clean but we needed blankets for the beds. There was only one in the condo. It was very clean and the kitchen had all equipment needed. We love Magnolia house and look forward to staying again!

The condo was equipped with everything needed to cook/bake. The washer/dryer works well. The bedrooms are a decent size. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating, such as paint, caulking, shower fixtures are dated and a bit yucky. The view from the balcony was awesome. The community was awesome as well. We would put this place on our list to stay again, maybe not our first choice but definitely a contender.

Great vacation! Beautiful views! Favorite part was breakfast on the balcony every morning and dinner at sunset. Great location near shopping center for groceries and any and all needs. Only a 20 minute drive to HarborWalk Village for dinning and entertainment! I WILL be coming back to stay again.... SOON! 😊

We checked in with no problem. Loved the place and it had everything we needed. It was very pretty inside and beautifully landscaped outside. Gorgeous pool, I really loved the lighting at night. The sand dunes were lovely. Convenient parking, quiet and peaceful. I hope to come back soon.

The room had a weird smell and the " beach " was several hundred yards from the property. Definitely not a weight room and the lanai is useless unless you wanna look at a wall. Very deceptive description in the listing. Only nice thing was the pool, it was very nice.
