Whether you choose to arrive navigating the waterways to our dock with a private 42' upland slip, or arrive via vehicle, we want to ensure you receive a warm welcome to our waterfront “hidden jewel of a townhome” on Holiday Isle. Professionally managed locally 24/7 by iTrip Destin & Miramar Beach.
Calming, serene water views and sunny days, on our spacious sundeck overlooking the canal will not disappoint! We are fortunate to be one of the few, in the area, with a private 42' upland boat slip, capable of supporting a boat/yacht. Admire individuals on kayaks, paddleboards, jet skis, along with the yachts and boats, slowly cruising through the canal as they travel in & out of the harbor for their daily adventures. Take the stress out of driving and take full advantage of calling the Destin Water Taxi for a pick-up and drop-off, to and from our dock to a plethora of restaurants, shopping, water sports, & entertainment throughout the harbor.
Stroll .3 miles to the public beach access, Osteen Beach, or .5 miles to the private beach access at Norriego Point or Moreno Point, to enjoy the sugar-white sand between your toes & soak in the crystal-clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D!
Upon arrival, the condo is a self-check-in residence with a private entry code allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the worry of misplacing your keys. When you enter the residence the first level hosts the Master Bedroom Suite and the Guest Master Bedroom. The third Guest Bedroom is on the upper-level with the open floor plan for entertaining; the kitchen overlooks the dining & living area which extends outside the sliding glass door to the upper-level sundeck.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is well-equipped for all your needs. The dining room table has seating for (6), with counter seating for (3). There is a cozy desk and chair to use as a dedicated workspace. The living room features a large flat screen TV, with a comfy sectional chaise sleeper sofa, and reclining chair, where you can snuggle up with your favorite snacks, enjoy movies or play games around the coffee table.
The showcase area of the house is the upper-level sundeck. Kick back and relax in (2) comfy swivel chairs with ottomans, or a sectional couch with seating for (5), a coffee table, and gas fire pit. The evenings are incredible under the stars or with the patio lights. If you are fortunate to stay with us on Thursday evenings, you can enjoy the free Destin Harbor Firework Show.
The upper-level exterior staircase leads down to the fully covered patio where you can enjoy some privacy in the (2) Adirondack chairs and small table for snacks and/or libations. This space also allows the family chef to master their skills on the BBQ.
The Master Bedroom Suite is spacious with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, with a large built-in closet. The suite includes a queen sleeper sofa and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The well-lit ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, glass-encased shower & commode.
The Guest Master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and closet with an ensuite bathroom has shower/tub combo, single vanity & commode. The Guest Bedroom on the 2nd floor, has a queen bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan & nice closet. The guest bathroom has a dedicated Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a single vanity, glass-encased shower & commode. This will also be used as a powder room for many of the guests on the 2nd floor.
If traveling by boat, don’t miss the renowned Crab Island, a submerged sandbar in Choctawhatchee Bay, just 5 minutes by boat from Destin Harbor. Enjoy snorkeling, wading, playing in the water and just being entertained by people watching. If fishing is your game, Destin is known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” & claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state. If you’re looking for adventure, restaurants & shopping, Destin offers the Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets & so much more.
