    Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. We are located directly across the street from the Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley, and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, a beautiful outdoor setting. Several fabulous golf courses in the area. Deep sea fishing is right up the street!

    Pelican Beach Resort provides (heated) indoor and outdoor pools, a wading pool for the kids, sauna, hot-tub, and steam-room. You'll have access to a robust fitness center along with a video game room, tennis courts, and outdoor grills. You may also enjoy the resort beach services, and Tiki Bar. Free parking for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was in a perfect location, close to all the amenities we needed. Beautiful view of the beach. The condo was spotless, well organized, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

This property met all of my expectations. A beautifully furnished unit on the beach with an awesome view of the beach from the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials and the entire unit was pristine when we checked in. I made this reservation to celebrate a wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely worth it. I would definitely rent this unit again and bring my children for an extended stay. The only down side is there is no access to a washer or dryer in the unit. Instead, you have to use the coin machines by the elevators on each floor. Other than that, my husband and I were impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at this condo! Perfect location!! The beach is right there! Loved that is was nice and clean, and even the couch bed was comfortable which has never happened All bright white towels/bedding and appliances are in good working condition. Thank you! We’d love to come back and will stay longer next time ; )

Condo was very nice with the best view of the beach from our Balcony. We had everything we needed in the condo and washer/dryer was just a few steps from our room with easy to use app for adding money to use the washer/ dryer since I didn't have any change. Even though we had double red flags we still enjoyed our time at the beach!
