Great place to stay

The location was amazing. The apartment was clean and accurately advertised! We had absolutely no issues. One note is that the spa is out of order by the pool, but the ocean is steps away so don’t let that stop you!

Beautiful Area

We loved the close beach access. The weather waskind to us and the unit was clean and more than adequate. The extra sleeping beds available made the quick visits from relatives a breeze. We were forewarned of construction in area. Unfortunately, this was major rebuild of apartment on top of us lasting several days, you might want to replace mattress soon.

Wedding Trip

Perfect Stay

The location of the condo was perfect for us! Only a very short walk to the beach and steps to the pool! It was perfect for the one year old we had with us. We brought a wagon, loaded up and walked across the street, down the walkway. and right onto the beach! This will be our place to rent any time we are in the area!

Pool was great and the walk to the beach i would say was less than 3 minutes i had two boys 9namd 13 woth me amd it was just right for 4 of us.

We loved the updates in the Condo ! The ground floor apartment was very convenient to the pool,etc. However,the hot tub was out of order and there was a bug issue most days. But, we very much enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

Quick Beach Trip

The property was nice and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The location was a short walk to the public beach access and short drive to Publix, stores, and shopping. The only minor property issues we had was the sagging bed mattress and broken tv remote buttons. Nonetheless, these items didn't detract us from enjoying the property and would stay again.

Great location. Would have been nice to have been provided a few garbage bags and some coffee. TV and washer were extremely difficult to figure out. Happy with the linens, but a bar of soap and some ice cube trays would have been nice to have. A handicapped parking space at each of the 3 or 4 groups of units would have been appreciated. Wasn't provided with the pool gate entry number, I don't believe. Thank you for a walk-in shower and boogy boards. Very helpful. Going back to FL in Oct and Dec. Don't know if I would opt to stay here or not.

Great stay in Destin

Reviewer Comments: We had a very comfortable condo that was clean and provided all of the necessities. It was a 4 min walk to the beach and close to all activities, attractions and restaurants. It was clean and well maintained. We had a very nice vacation and will book again if we go to Destin.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place looks exactly like the photos. It is clean and mostly updated; some of the furniture is pretty cheap and the master bed a we bit firm with some really odd wrap around the edges. Anyway, It was a good price for the week we stayed as it is very close to the beach - which is where we spend the majority of our time. Keep in mind your immediate access is to a very small public beach flanked by private beaches that are very restrictive as to what you can put down. Walk a little further and you can put up your tent with no hassle at a much wider public area. Get there early to set up (6A-630A) if you want a front row seat to ocean views. We were not impressed with the pool or grounds as it seemed they had a hard time keeping the trash picked up. It is a shame people don't throw their trash in trash cans, but the on-site property team should manage a little better. The neighbors were pretty noisy but did a decent job respecting the quiet hours. This unit is on the first floor so you hear everything from above and on either side of you.That said, we did have an issue I brought to Beach Blue's attention. Upon arrival we noticed the unit had a musty smell. We also noticed a single roach. Neither is uncommon in Florida. Unfortunately, over the next four days we noticed about five more. Upon further inspection we found the musty smell was originating from under the kitchen sink. The bottom board was severely warped showing signs of water damage. By the end of the trip we saw a total of nine roaches. I did call Beach Blue about 48 hours before our trip ended and suggested they needed an exterminator. They were apologetic and made every attempt to remedy prior to our departure. We didn't want the chemicals sprayed while we were there and only had about 48 hours left in our trip. It wasn't an infestation which is why weren't freaked out. Beach Blue did their best to address this issue.
