It's so nice knowing you don't need to pack the kitchen sink, and most everything you could possibly need, is provided for you. Everything worked well (except the master bedroom cable TV would not connect to the service). Also, no sheets for the pull out bed. Other than those minor issues, our stay was perfect and I highly recommend Unit 602. The Islander property is very well maintained. They always had someone outside cleaning the sidewalks, trimming, and even power washing the unit windows. The lobby service was excellent too. The landscape was beautiful. Just a great experience.

The view from this unit is breath taking and the beach chairs/umbrella guy Alan is awesome!! We also love that it has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Our favorite places to eat are The Back Porch and Louisiana Lagniappe. The water taxi to the HarborWalk Village was awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely condo. The view could not be beat from the living room and master bedroom. It was beautifully decorated and had a few touches that I thought were so nice, such as a few extra blankets, USB adapter attached to the bed frame so you could charge your phone, and a water filter attached to the kitchen faucet. AC worked perfectly and the unit was very clean when we arrived. I did wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but the coin operated laundry on the second floor was convenient ($1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry). There were laundry baskets in the unit. The balcony was absolutely lovely. The property is tucked away on a quiet side of Destin so it was very nice being away from all the craziness of the main strip. Front desk personel were friendly and accommodating, thank you for everything guys! The beach chair and umbrella service included in our rent was awesome.The only suggestions I might have would be that the couches and table chair cushions could have been cleaned a bit better (food particles and a little grittiness on both), and the living room and kitchen rugs need a good steam clean. It would also have been a nice touch to provide a bottle of all purpose cleaner so I could spot clean things like the table and counter while I was staying, since there is no housekeeping service.
