This property was just like the pictures. Overall every was good. With the new renovation and the nice house on the other side. May want to consider upgrading outside appearance so that the property looks as good as the inside, and competes with other surrounding properties.

I did notice upon arrival that the floors weren’t swept. Other than that , it was a beautiful home. Convenient distance to beach and shopping. I’d definitely do it again. We had a great experience and would recommend it to others.
