Great Vacation Spot

This was a great condo! Sunrise and sunsets could be seen from the porch. The grounds are well maintained and the condo is in a gated community. Condo was everything we could have wished for. Great vacation.

We had some slight confusion upon arrival as we didn’t receive a gate code, but it was quickly resolved once I messaged through VRBO. Everything beyond that was perfect and we had a lovely week!

Stunning sunsets from balcony

The pictures are exactly what you’ll get. As we were working “from home” (with sand on the ground, not snow), the desk in the master bedroom was perfect! We had people fly in every weekend (it did get old driving the hour round trip to VPS). Property Management was one of the best I’ve worked with. They were firm but very understanding. Would definitely rent from Love Rentals again.I really have no complaints about anything! Location to Hwy 30A was close and great for day trips. Pool was heated and other residents were friendly. Pickleball shared court with tennis court, but lines were painted for both and the surface was newer.

Great condo on the beach, beautiful oceanfront

Enjoyed our stay at Jade East, Unit 1640. The condo was clean and stocked well for our 5 night stay. it was decorated very nicely with the beach theme in an upscale modern way. We only had one small issue on arrival with the community gate code, not working. But I reached out to the property manager and he gave me a new one immediately. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and plenty of good restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice condo on the beach waterfront in Destin.

Property was ideal size for our family group; cleanliness was less than ideal (especially bathrooms); kitchen was NOT well equipped. Location was good; condition / cleanliness of building was also less than ideal. Overall, nice, but nothing special.

Overall decent condo

The condo itself was very clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We fit 9 people in the condo comfortably. The communication with the booking agency was less than factual regarding the pool and if it was heated during our trip. Said it would be and it was not, which lead to a really cold pool and disappointed kids. The other downfall with the whole condo building is that they line the edge of the beach spanning three separate condo buildings with the rented chairs and umbrellas. If you have your own beach chairs and don’t want to pay that added fee or sit behind all those chairs with a blocked view of the water, you have to walk quite a ways down the beach to sit without looking at the back of chairs. If you’re hauling all the beach stuff and toys for kids, this is more of an annoyance than anything since you paid for the condo like others. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice to know in advance. Overall the condo was great and we had a wonderful week.
