Sea-N-Double is prominently featured in the Crystal Beach community and is directly across the street from the Shirah Beach Entrance. It proudly features seven bedrooms with king beds, a courtyard with a pool, a full kitchen in both the main house and carriage house, a covered outdoor kitchen, and high-end appliances. The home is within walking distance of award-winning dining, golf, Whole Foods, entertainment, and more. The 28x14 pool can be heated** from October through the end of May.

Parking: A maximum of 6 vehicles may park at the home. Two vehicles can park on the street in front of the main house, and four spots are in front of the carriage house. Campers, oversized vehicles, buses, or trailers are not permitted. Vehicles cannot block the sidewalk, or the city will ticket them and tow them.

Four portable beach chairs are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

**Pool can be heated from Oct 1 - May 31 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival**

Weddings or events are an additional $500, must be selected at the time of booking, and require a permit that we obtain.

Please note before booking this property:

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
