First Mate = First Rate!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about First Mate! The house is beautiful, beds comfortable and it is very clean inside and out. The pool area and covered decks all have very nice, clean and comfortable furniture as well. We’ve staying in Destin Pointe for approx 10 years now and love the area. Destin Pointe Rental management has always been very helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. We highly recommend First Mate and the Destin Pointe subdivision.

Nice house, pictures make the outside look better than in person

Didn’t have an address to the house only the community. House was still being cleaned and construction being performed on a bench on the master bedroom deck. They left a mess downstairs and in the pool Paid extra to have the pool heated and it wasn’t hot for the first night (had to call and they had to send pool guy out) Woke up on day two to see a guy in the palm tree right outside the master bedroom (in the tiny backyard). Two people were there for over three hours and also trashed the pool Back door to the pool is broken and can’t be secured properly The hot tub is not a hot tub and should not be advertised as such….it part of the pool

Fabulous House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is absolutely beautiful! The back with the pool, hot tub and lake was a fantastic extension to the house and where we mostly hung out. We had teenagers and they were well entertained with the bikes, 2 beaches, pool, and cornhole boards. The Resort itself is well maintained and we received daily texts to see if anything was needed. They even contacted us prior to our stay to see if we wanted to check in a day early at a discount. We ended up coming 1 day early and staying 1 day later! I highly recommend this house, you will not be disappointed!
