Great location

The house is perfect for a family and located right across the street from the beach. Very nice house with a main house and a carriage house for the teens. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely place, fit our need

we really liked this place, close proximity to the beach. the pool is in the back of the house instead of the front like some neighboring houses, making it semi-private.

Senior Spring Break

Great property across the street from a private beach! This was a great spring break location for my step daughter and her friends for her senior year. The teens stayed in the main house while the adults were in the carriage house. Safe, clean, and great location made for a great vacation for everyone!

Amazing location and comfortable home!

The house was perfect! It is spacious, new & clean, plenty of spacious bedrooms, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all super comfy and the living areas were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the day. The beach is incredibly close and convenient. And the beach chairs and umbrella! Automatically setup and waiting for us in the morning! We loved everything about this beautiful house. We hated to leave and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Home!

This property was perfect for our family vacation (13 adults). The home was stunning, clean, and very close to the beach. Check in process was very simple and smooth. The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals. Plenty of parking for multiple rental cars. I will stay here again with my family! We did not want to leave!!!

Steps to beach

Property was very clean, and the kitchen was FULLY stocked and even had a high chair. We had toddlers, young children & teens and all had a great time. The teens stayed in the 2nd house and the beach was so close they were able to walk there on their own. We will come back!

Feb getaway from the cold

This is a great place we enjoyed very much. Everything worked perfectly. Excellent proximity to the beach. February in Destin a bit chilly but there were many good days. As others have commented, it would be good to have shades of some sort on the great room. Overall A+.

Great Graduation Trip with our daughter and friends

Great property and perfectly sized for 12 adults. Clean, modern and fresh with a kitchen big enough to congregate around. Beautiful beach but not overly convenient to many of Destin's main attractions (Harborwalk). Not the fault of the property, but the Lack of Lyft/Uber availability made it difficult for a group of adults to get around to restaurants and evening events.

Perfect stay

This house is a wonderful, clean, and functional rental for 2 families (14 people). Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The house has all the amenities, excellent kitchen supplies, privacy, and large open spaces to gather. We hosted a dinner for other friends down the street with plenty of space for a game night. The kids enjoyed the pool and being just steps from the beach was a bonus. Both the front porch and pool deck were perfect! I highly recommend this for your next Destin/Miramar Beach vacation.

Excellent choice!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at The 19th Hole! The property was just as described and plenty of room for our family trip (combined families equaling 13 people). The property was clean and conveniently located to beach access which was closer than expected (100 feet to the beach). The only suggestions I have to offer is adding some type of hooks and or shelving in the rooms for storage and adding lighting at the stairs between the parking and the pool deck.

Very nice house with some design flaws

The kitchen is wonderful and has everything you might need when cooking for a family of 14. The living room and porches are great. There are pool toys and a wagon to help bring anything to the beach. The biggest issue we had was the showers leaking (3 of them) because the shower heads spray water directly out of the showers.... They house was nice, cool, and updated well! Great location!

Ahhhmazing DESTINation Vacation

This home was an oasis for us during our stay in Destin. The main house and guest house were stunning. The house was clean and had ample towels and samples of the essentials to get us started. The pool and pool deck were also clean....especially loved the deck furniture! Check-in was very easy and convenient....especially navigating it with 3 eager-to-be-on-vacation children. The management company was so pleasant, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. It is honestly about a one-minute walk from the front door to the beautiful white soft sandy beach! We thank you for the opportunity to rent such a beautiful and inviting home. We look forward to many return visits in the near future!

Great Family Vacation

Great location to beach and beautiful house! We all enjoyed the beach and the kids enjoyed both the beach and pool. The upgrades were very nice! The extra beach chairs and wagon in the outside closet came in handy as well as the complimentary umbrella and chairs that were already on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a Keurig coffee maker. It was nice to have child proof plates/cups/utensils as well as a high chair. Plenty of space for the twelve of us. The only thing anyone mentioned is that the sheets on the he full size bed in the bunk room had a few stains. But other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family!

Perfect for our family vacation...

The home was immaculate and has been well maintained. The location is ideal to the beach & shopping but at the same time quietly tucked away. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, since we cooked a traditional Christmas dinner while there. There was no remote for the downstairs bedroom, however Ron(?) was responsive and quickly took care of this. Only feedback would be, there are no shades or blinds for the main floor windows. This creates little privacy and at times made tv watching difficulty. I'd highly recommend this property and will happily re-book in the future if available.

Perfection In An Amazing Location!

After a cancelled trip to Sanibel following hurricane Ian, we scrambled to find a new rental and landed on Destin just weeks before we planned to leave. I am so grateful we found this house! It was absolutely immaculate with any and every amenity we could need. The location was literally steps from the beach and the quiet neighborhood wonderful for walking our dog. The hosts were very, very quick to respond to all messages and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The one suggestion? Add window coverings to the floor to ceiling windows as it's a bit of a fishbowl with passerbys peeping in LOL. A beautiful rental! Thank you!

Family Vacation

This house was AMAZING!!! This property has recently been renovated and you can tell they really put the time and effort into making it family friendly. The kitchen was equipped with every cooking utensil you could ever need, they also had a drawer dedicated just for kids plates, spoons, bowls etc. Another great feature was having an icemaker in the house. We never had to run to the grocery store for any ice for our coolers which was a huge bonus! The house had plenty of pool toys for the kids. The best part was that the Beach Access is less than a minute walk from the house!! You cross the street onto the boardwalk and there’s the beach!! The house also comes with 2 chairs that are already set up for you on the beach in the morning. You can also pay for additional chairs if you wanted to. Over all this house was perfect for the family and kids! Will definitely stay here again! Also the rental company was easy to get a hold of if needed and very friendly!
