DEJA BLUE is a 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath with a Private and a Community Pool Property located in Crystal Beach, Destin, Florida. The Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood is walking distance to the beach (0.2 Mile, 4 minute walk), shopping, and many restaurants. It is ideal for families with flat sidewalks for walking, scootering and biking. The kitchen and living areas are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, Pergo and Tile throughout. WIFI is included with your stay along with ROKU, HULU, Paramount, YouTube TV, HBO and Showtime. This property does not rent to groups under 25 years old or chaperoned groups. If you misrepresent your Party your contract will be void and you will be asked to leave the residence, per Terms and Conditions. You may be asked for identification and list of the members of your group to be emailed within 48 hrs of booking. Pets considered on a limited basis, approval by owner needed.
THE HOUSE
The house has 4 outdoor areas, including 1st floor porch, 2nd floor screened in balcony, 3rd floor rooftop patio and fenced in Private Pool (heating fee) and Outdoor Kitchen area (Propane included). There are loungers, sofas and chairs for you to relax in and reconnect with friends and family. There are also areas for you to escape and enjoy some quiet time getting lost in a good book, some music or just the sound of silence. There is a community pool, 6 houses away, which is heated during Spring Break. Private Parking is available on Property for 4 vehicles.
The kitchen is equipped with bar seating and all the cookware and serve ware you should need. On the first floor there is also an HE Front Loader Washer/Dryer for your use and irons and ironing boards.
Living Room features Cable TV with a Blue-ray player. You may log onto your accounts on Amazon Prime, HULU, YoutubeTV and Netflix on the SMART TV’s and ROKU. There are also number of Board Games for the Guests to enjoy.
Bedrooms
1) 1st Floor Bedroom - King (Sleeps 2) - ROKU TV and French doors that open to the back Outdoor Kitchen/Pool area.
2) 2nd Floor Bunk Room - 3 Twins and a Full (Sleeps 5) - features a Walk-In Closet and a ROKU SMART TV.
Guest Bath has a Walk in Shower
3) 2nd Floor Master Suite - King and Queen Sleeper (Sleeps 4) - features a Master Bath with Double Sinks, a Garden Tub (Jacuzzi not operating), Large Walk-In Shower, ROKU TV and you may walk out and relax on the Screened in Balcony that Seats 3.
4) 3rd Floor Bedroom - King (Sleeps 2) - features ROKU SMART TV, a Wet Bar with a Sink and Beverage Fridge and you may walk out onto the 3rd Floor Patio with seating to relax and enjoy the sunrise, the sunshine and sunset.
5) Cabana Suite is Detached from the home - King Bed, Twin Convertible Futon (Sleeps 3), ROKU SMART TV and a Full Bath with Walk-in Shower.

There are a number of extras at the House for your use. PacknPlay (please bring your own sheet, High Chair, 2 Bedrails, DVD’s, Board Games, Red Street Wagon, Beach Cart, Scooter, Beach/Pool Toys), Small Cooler, Large Wire Dog Crate (all of these are subject to availability – I can have confirmed if necessary)
LOCATION
There are Beach/Pool Toys available for you to use along with a Beach Cart and a small Soft Sided Cooler, since you are so close to the Beach you really don't need to take a lot with you. The Beach Access is Public and Located at Hutchinson Street/Old Scenic 98. This Beach Access is equipped with Small Parking Area, Bathrooms, Outdoor Showers, Pavilion and Picnic Tables for your to use. It is by far the best Public Access along Crystal Beach. The Sugar White Sand and the Emerald Waters are Stunning!

Renters must be over 25 years old. We DO NOT rent to High School/College Spring Breakers or Chaperoned Groups.
