“Location is good, overnight parking is iffy, but finable. I've stayed in two suites and found that they are a bit worn down - particularly the bathrooms with crumbly floors and partially functioning equipment. Nothing major. Finally, there was no communication except for the check in and check out processes.”

The water pressure from the sink faucet was a bit weak, and there was a faint unpleasant smell in the walkway, stairs, and near the entrance to my room (204), possibly due to its location at the back of the building. Other than that, the property is strategically located in the center and not far from the waterfront. ”

“This property is located in a safe and quiet apartment building. The furniture is fairly new and there are two nice bedrooms with window a/c units in each and one in the living room. Bath towels, soap and shampoo were provided. The property does not have special touches for a short term rental such as salt & pepper, coffee, filters, etc. The instructions for checking in was confusing as it was my first time using a “key cafe” (which was found inside the main door to the right) and I did not find……

“The house was great. It offered space for 9 adults in five bedrooms. The internet was capable to support at least 12 devices. The engagement with the property manager quick and easy. The only issue is because we travelled from overseas, we had some issues with the WiFi lock but it was resolved quickly. We enjoyed our stay and amenities available. ”
