“Everything was wonderful. Justin was great at answering all our questions and for his recommendations. Thank you for recommending Russo's. Excellent food, especially their pizza and cheese sticks. The house was very neat and tidy. It was fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils if you choose not to go out and eat. It was definitely a needed get away and if we come back to Gun Lake, we would love to stay here again.”

“Very rough around the edges for the cost. Home not in great shape. Fridge wouldn’t keep contents cold. Backyard and screened in porch need work. ”

“The place was in a nice location with beautiful view of the lake and the deck was spectacular. The frig was large which was great and nice and clean. The place was spacious for the common areas while the bedrooms were setup to make it difficult for one person to get in and out of bed easily and no stands for suitcases so they were on the floor. The yard was really private which was nice. It was chilly for the weekend and there were no extra blankets available. When we arrived the kitchen……

“The condition of the property upon our arrival was unacceptable, unsanitary, and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Our group of six arrived at the property, unloaded our belongings, and began walking through the home. We understood from the host that any concerns needed to be reported within the first hour of arrival, so we immediately inspected the property.Within minutes, we discovered numerous serious issues, including:* One of the advertised beds was not a mattress at all,……

“We were to be in town for my son’s wedding so I reserved barn swallow manor. It is literally 5 minutes from the wedding venue, VENUE BELLA GIORNATA. It was perfect for my extended family, including my 83 year old mother who loved the walk in shower! Not to mention being prettied up in her own personal solon! 7 of us stayed and everyone had a bed. The large kitchen and dining room were just what we needed. Probably one of the best parts is the lovely screened in back porch! We are……

“This was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room. The rooms were well prepared. A lot was expected in cleanup - all dishes washed and put away (but we couldn’t find the dish soap), taking out the garbage (we had a hard time finding where the garbage should go), and stripping the beds. Other than that it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.”

“Host is excellent.”

“House was well maintained and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Location is a quick drive to downtown Grand Rapids. Would highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Justin's VRBO property. The house was exactly as advertised and so clean with every detailed thought of to enhance our stay. If you're looking for a spot in the Grand Rapids/Holland, MI area, consider renting with Justin. As a host Justin was very responsive.”
