「We had the most wonderful time. We've been to LGI before and chose this island specifically. The ferry is a huge bonus as well as the golf cart. John was an excellent communicator . The beds were comfortable and the pillows were the best. Every day early morning, coffee and a long walk on the beach. Then back to the condo and each day we took the ferry to shop a little and grab lunch at a new location. 「The Salty Mermaid is a great place to stay on Little Gasparilla! It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and sheets. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a lot of towels in the house, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer included. There is a dining room with a table that seats 6 people. Near downtown Punta Gorda, both quaint and hip. It is also dog friendly and convenient to several parks, restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again. :)」

「Natalie was an amazing host. When we arrived we couldnt get in with the code, she immediately got us in through her husbands phone. She responded quickly whenever I had a question during our stay. This was mine and my 2 kids first big family vacation and Natalie made it so easy. The house was perfect. The pool was amazing and easily our favorite part of the house! Location was great! 10/10 」

「This is our 2nd stay at this property and 3rd with this host. As expected the house was spotless. We like to cook some meals and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has all the comforts of home. The pool is also heated. We would definitely recommend staying here. Communication from this host is excellent!」

The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. 「Wonderful week long stay! Plenty of beach towels and chairs for time on the beach. Kitchen had all the right utensils and dishes. Everything was clean and our stay was quiet and relaxing! 」

「We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous, newer home. It had everything our group of eight needed and more. The house was so well stocked, and it is clear the owners have gone out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. 「Everything was as described. The host, Kristin, was more than accommodating. She even saved our dinner one night by dropping off some things we forgot. If you’re looking for somewhere to just relax, this is the place. Just note, there is some planning ahead involved due to the ferry. All in all, we would definitely stay again. 」

"I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel."
