“Didn’t get to code on time to get checked in. Waited 20 min at the door in the heat. Someone who lived at the property let us in. I reached out to them earlier in the day to ask for an earlier check in because my mom wasn’t feeling well. I literally had to argue with the rep to give us more towels. The refused to give me another blanket. Apartment is not handicapped accessible. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and my elderly mother. The whole process the worst ever. And don’t talk……

“Un superbe building avec des prestations sympas, un chouette appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être confortable et les petits détails qui font la différence, notamment pour un court séjour car cela évite de voyager avec ou de courir en acheter: savon pour les mains, shampooing, gel douche, lessive, café etc il est très proche de la ligne rouge du métro et d’un arrêt de bus. ”

“What a gem! Plenty of supplies and amenities from extra blankets and ample toilet paper to gel/alternative down pillows and a sleep sound machine! The co-host went above and beyond to take care of my family's needs. I can't express enough how happy we are to have found this home. We have to return later this year to the area and hopefully we're able to stay here. 10/10!!!”
