“There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. “It was in the heart of downtown the Louisville with loads of dining options. My husband and I travel to Louisville quite a bit so we know the area pretty well. Parking can be a challenge for this spot, but if you plan ahead, you can park your car your entire stay and get around downtown by foot because everything is so close.
