「I didn't like how I didn't know it was a $250 deposit until it was time to check in. I didn't like all the rules for staying at the property ie. Quiet time at 9pm which is outrageous being that the property has no patio's or shelter to block you from the sun so the only time you can enjoy the courtyard is when the sun sets around 8-9pm.」

「Check in was easy. No issues. My guys arrived and ac was out. Water was scorching hot w/ no cold water available so they couldn't shower. I contacted them at 11 with no response until 4:30. I had already booked another cabin as I cannot wait for these issues to be fixed while renting and expecting these services. I asked for a refund but was denied. She said I didn't give her time to fix the issues.」

「This home was exactly as described. Pictures doesn’t do it justice at all. The host was very communicative the entire time, even before our stay. The home was CLEAN which is huge for me and was beautifully decorated. My family felt extremely comfortable there throughout our stay. The decor inside and out is charming, the screened in patio was a great place to relax, loved the outdoor speaker and lights, AC worked very well, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.
