“False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get.
Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property.
Safety - The front door to the accommodation block wasn't……

“We had an amazing stay at The Spire.. The apartment (The Chancel), Waterloo, Liverpool was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Everything had been thought of, and of excellent quality.
The beds were so comfortable. The bedrooms spacious and again spotlessly clean.
A unique apartment with fantastic architecture. A real talking point. Very secure, quiet and in a great location.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this super place.
