“*Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously. Sadly it took 4 hours for them to fix it. Luckily I wasn’t……

“A great space for a private stay. Arman was great with communication. I made a change to the booking before I arrived, and he made the process efficient and accommodating. I also added a night after what I had booked for, and he was very quick to work everything out so I could adjust. The neighbourhood felt very safe, the place was spotless and well equipped. The stairs into the unit could be a bit trickier for someone with mobility issues to navigate, as there is no landing at the top of the……
