「We were looking for a base for a few days away and this fitted the bill well. A couple of previous reviews had commented upon general cleanliness and we found a child’s toy under the dining table when we got there and an odd sock behind the sofa, suggesting the cleaning wasn’t particularly thorough. Otherwise the property had all we needed. 」

「Nick and America are wonderful hosts. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We loved our stay there and cannot wait to go back.」

「I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up. You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. 」

「The stables was in an ideal location for exploring East Sussex and Kent with lots of nearby attractions. The White Hart inn next door is a family owned village pub with lots of character, good beer and food. The accommodation was ideal for a couple. The open kitchen /longe was very well equipped with the added bonus of French windows onto a small patio area with outside seating. Very difficult to find any faults as is highly recommended we would certainly stay here again.」

「Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes.
