“We were in town for a golf tournament and gathering afterwards and need a nice place to stay so we didn’t have to drive over 2 hours home late that nite. The room was lit up and easy to find. Parked right in front of our door. Easy couple minute drive into downtown Prescott for a wonderful breakfast Great place to stay. Owner was very easy to communicate with, sent a couple messages saying everything as ready for us.”

“Well appointed spacious loft apartment. Comfortable King bed, with all the amenities I needed. Was there during extreme heat and the AC was wonderful. Prime location- both beautiful, and walkable for all my (and my dog's) needs. Host was very responsive and nice.”

“The good: Place looks exactly as described, the deck is quite roomy and nice, very relaxing, host was very responsive. First block off the main strip downtown, so it was a very short walk to the hustle and bustle. Single A/C unit was enough to get the 85 degree outside weather down to a nice and cool temp for sleeping. The rooftop area is also cute and quaint. The bad: the trains will run every 2 hours at night and blast their horn each time. This is clarified at the bottom of the rental……

“A nice renovation to an older home. Excellent kitchen design! The back yard was very inviting with many chairs and tables to choose from. We liked the great location with a coffee shop just 4 blocks away. Host was quick to respond. She left coffee pods and treats for us!”

“Hard to beat for how close this is to the children's museum and the price. Neighborhood was quiet for us. I will say it's probably not the best listing for individuals with mobility impairments, as the bathroom and all bedrooms are on the top stairs, so it would probably not be a good fit for an elderly person with a walker, for example. We have a two year old, and I was a bit nervous about the stairs - you might want to bring a baby gate if you have similar concerns. I had to reach out to the……
