“Great location in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many areas of interest.We attended the Jour de Fete festival in St. Genevieve—hopping on Highway 61 at the bottom of the hill had us there in 10 minutes. One of the bathrooms had two sets of grab bars in the step-thru tub access shower. It would be perfect for anyone with mild balance/stability concerns.Beds were comfortable and vintage decor very 60s. Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean. Kitchen could use additional cleaning of wall tile……

“The view is amazing. The entry, kitchen, and living room are an open concept and feel very spacious. The bedrooms are neat and clean with comfortable beds. The location is a little off the beaten path, but worth the view. The host left the porch light on due to our late arrival and the directions worked perfectly.”

We appreciated this awesome place to enjoy time together as a family and to make a short drive over to Hawn State Park which is also amazing! We really enjoyed making breakfast on the Blackstone griddle.”

“The picture of the suite advertised is very, very misleading. The picture looks like the entire suite was included. We were unaware that there were 2 small suites on each side. Switch and bait going on here. We were expecting a little more privacy. The suite was very warm on the bottom level with no vents or circulation and while it was a little cooler upstairs it was still uncomfortably warm to sleep. And no WiFi or internet. That is unheard of these days…come on folks!. Oh we had WiFi if we……

“Very clean, well organized and thoughtful items of use.The only reasons the rating was 4/5: 1) bathroom size VERY small, and water from shower leaked onto floor outside of bathroom; 2) space to unpack, next to none when 2 adults are staying; 3) bed is not a "full size"; 4) communication was great once booked -- but, I felt once the host knew it was two adults, advising the guests of true limits of unpacking/size of bed/in-door shower challenges should have been communicated to let the guests……
