"Most of the floor staff was friendly and accommodating,the front desk staff especially was not so.. I had to do a second payment and the front desk agent Justin was very unpleasant and I even said to him why do u seem annoyed he said he was. He even ask me to log in my bank account so he could see if it was my card I was using to pay. When since does front desk ask guest to log in their bank accounts??"

"My friends checked in to a dirty room and staff only brought them sheets and towels (they had to change the bed themselves). The casino smelled like sewage the entire time. Housekeeping doesn’t come during the weekends. They only provide shampoo and one small soap, no conditioner or lotion. No mini fridge or microwave (probably to get people to buy more food because leftovers/perishables are out of the question). Barely any staff available to check in, mostly kiosks and lines can take hours for events. "
