"I booked 2 rooms, one was much bigger and was better than the other but both adequate for 1 night. The bathroom in the smaller room was unfinished but totally usable. The shared facilities were good, lovely lounge. Beds were not that comfortable to be honest. Garden and outside areas looked lovely, a bit too cold to use unfortunately. "Food menu on website did not match reality. The prices had also changed, in some cases more than 10% Lots of new staff who were not knowledable, helpful or some were not even very polite. Service in the Restaurant was very poor. Long wait times. Eventually got a table, but then sat waiting for a menu and then to order. The menu now on offered is a lot worse than previous menu."
